Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers must be redeemed for workshops, courses or sessions that start before the expiry date of the voucher. Refunds are not available on gift voucher purchases nor can these be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are transferable, so if you are unable to make your course, you may contact us to discuss an alternative.
 

Courses 

To redeem your voucher, contact Rainna directly to arrange course dates. Course dates are subject to availability. For any 4 - week course, you may book your 8 hours of tuition over various days. Due to the nature of the material and course structure, we recommend a consistent day of the week. We can discuss this further via email or phone.

 

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your course or session for any reason we will do our best to organise an alternative date within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend an alternative date, we will refund you.
